"Awesome workout bike."
Ordering was a breeze. Customer service was super helpful. Had a solid experience with the delivery folks, even though I couldn’t track my order, they kept me in the loop. Assembling the bike was alright - we needed two people for the computer and wiring part, but the rest was straightforward with the instructions. I've used it a few times and I'm really happy with it so far.

"Thrilled"
The exercise bike showed up right on schedule, fully intact and in excellent shape. Putting it together was a breeze; I don’t get why some folks struggle with it. It was a Christmas gift, so we haven't really used it much yet, but everything appears to be functioning well. My wife was over the moon with the gift.

"Delivery Confusion: We ordered the gold exercise bike but…"
We placed an order for the gold exercise bike, but Arrow kept insisting they were sending a cross trainer! After four calls—two to Roger Black Fitness and two to Arrow—it became clear there was a hiccup in Arrow’s computer system. RBF had been aware of this issue for about a week but didn’t ensure Arrow fixed it. This whole situation cost us time and a bit of stress. The bike hasn’t been put together yet, but it looks pretty good.

"Not pleased with the construction..."
I'm quite dissatisfied with the quality of the build. I decided to treat myself to a Roger Black Gold exercise bike. Unfortunately, it started having issues, so they sent me a new one. Now, this replacement bike has also started acting up. There's a really loud click or bang noise with every rotation; my wife can hear it from the next room! A few years back, I bought a Roger Black exercise bike from Argos, and it was tough and lasted a good while.

"Disappointed in Bexleyheath"
When I unwrapped the main frame, the top part just dropped off because a clip was absent. The monitor instructions indicated that I was short a piece, so I reached out to your support line and left my number, but I'm still hanging tight for a response. The wiring and connections for the monitor didn’t match what was in the instructions.

"Simple online ordering process"
I found the online ordering process to be super straightforward - the bike arrived really fast, but it wasn't quite right for me, so Roger switched it out for a cross trainer. He even brought the new one himself and took the bike back. Honestly, it couldn't have been more convenient, and I'm really happy I chose his site over Amazon. The trainer did take a bit of time to assemble, but my husband handled it solo.

"Just got the Cross Trainer and I'm loving it!"
I just picked up the Cross Trainer to swap out my old, broken Nordic Trak Exerskier. I'm super happy with this new machine. At 77, I managed to put it together by myself without any hassle, and I'm already noticing the perks of working out regularly. My wife is also getting in on the action and using it a lot. It's a fantastic deal for what you get, and it's built really well. Feels very sturdy when in use.

"Awesome to own a folding bicycle"
Awesome to own a folding bicycle. It's a bit tricky to get the pin in to secure it - seems like there's something blocking it. Maybe one of the wires?

At 81, I'm pedaling along just fine. My husband, who's 85 and in good shape - he walks a ton every day - thinks the seat is pretty uncomfortable, so he's decided to stop using it. He's planning to try out a cushion!
